What are the Shipping Charges & Payment Options?
Free Shipping - it is our pleasure to offer free shipping on all orders of Rs.1999 or higher. This will be automatically adjusted in your shopping cart when you buy items meeting this criteria. Orders below Rs.1999 will be charged amount of Rs.70 depending upon area pin code.
We currently do not accept Cash on Delivery.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We ship through safe and reliable courier companies like Delhivery & DTDC. Once an order is placed, we process it in 1-3 days (unless otherwise specified on the product page), except on Saturdays, Sundays and designated Holidays. However in some cases we may take longer, up to 7 working days to ship the order due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on factors beyond our control. But we strive to get you your order as fast as possible. If there are any problems, we will definitely help you track your package with our delivery partners.
How can I track my order?
After an order is shipped, we will send you the tracking details to your registered email address and you can track the same by clicking on your order page.
Cancellation by Trunk Box
Our main aim is to ship out every order successfully; in some situations we may cancel the order. Some of the circumstances which may result in your order being cancelled include:
- Availability of items
If for some reason, the item(s) you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you, refund your money, and ensure we let you know when it is back in stock.
- In case of inaccurate or insufficient address and if delivery location is in a non serviceable area.
- In case of incorrect or fraudulent payment.
- Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, Trunk Box reserves the right to cancel any order at any point of time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
Cancellation by Customer
Acceptance of cancellation request by customer is at the sole discretion of Trunk Box. Cancellation request will be considered ONLY IF the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and the order has not already been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please call our customer care at +91 9427218059.
In case you receive damaged products you can call us at +91 9427218059 or mail us at email@example.com within 12 hours of receiving your order. We may ask you to share photos of damaged items. Upon confirmation, we will try to get the item picked from your address. If return facility is not available at your location, we may ask you to courier the item to us. On reception of product and inspection by Trunk Box, refund/replacement process shall be initiated.
Once a refund has been confirmed by Trunk Box, the amount shall be refunded within 7 working days after the product is received by us. If you have paid the amount through credit/debit card or net-banking, the refund will be given to the same card/account and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
